Attached and incorporated by reference to my declaration is a description of the areas described above, <br /> all of which are contained within the city limits of Everett,that I am recommending on behalf of the <br /> Everett Police Department to the Everett City Council to remain designated as Stay Out of Drug Areas <br /> ("SODA")to-wit: <br /> 1. 1000 block through the 4100 block of Broadway Avenue, and two blocks east and west of this <br /> area of Broadway Avenue; and <br /> 2. Evergreen Way extending from the 4700 block to the south city limits; and two blocks east and <br /> west of this area of Evergreen Way; and <br /> 3. West Casino Road extending from Evergreen Way to Airport Road, and two blocks north and <br /> south of this area of West Casino Road; and <br /> 4. Hewitt Avenue extending from 1000 block to the 3200 block, and two blocks north and south of <br /> this area of Hewitt Avenue; and <br /> 5. 3100 block to the 4000 block of Smith Avenue, and two blocks east and west of this area of <br /> Smith Avenue; and <br /> 6. 4000 block through 4700 block of Rucker Avenue, and two blocks east and west of this area of <br /> Rucker Avenue; and <br /> 7. The area contained within Everett Ave, to 23rd St., to Broadway,to Hoyt. The area of Clark Park <br /> and Everett High School; and <br /> 8. Everett Mall Way, Evergreen Way to SR526, 2 blocks north and south of Everett Mall Way; and <br /> 9. The triangle shaped area bounded by Airport Road (including the east side sidewalk, 112th ST SW <br /> (and two blocks north) and Evergreen Way as described above. <br /> These areas are known to me from my experience,training, data produced above and interaction <br /> with law enforcement officers, neighbors and business people to be areas where narcotics activity <br /> presently justifies designation as SODAs.
