The estimate of the anticipated reimbursement is $ 110,458.46 <br /> <br /> <br />1. SUMMARY OF EXPECTED DEPLOYMENT PHYSICAL CONDITIONS, DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED <br />DURING DEPLOYMENT, AND CORRESPONDING AUTHORIZED RESOURCES ANTICIPATED Three (3) <br />Wildland Interface Task Forces. Task forces will include four(4) engines type 1-6, and one (1) teder with <br />common communications (mobile radios & portable field programmable hand held radio) and a leader. Task <br />Forces must be prepared for camping with 72 hours of supplies and food. Washington has the right to <br />request resources back should conditions dictate need in WA. All deployed personnel will be following all <br />CDC wild land firefighting protocols. <br /> <br />2. DEPLOYMENT PROGRAM INDEXES/CHARGE CODES: 722OR <br /> <br />3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AUTHORIZED RESOURCES AND COST ESTIMATES, WITH ESTIMATED <br />BUDGET SUMMARY and Total Maximum Resource Cost Authorized: <br />The following are the authorized resources (equipment and/or personnel) the Jurisdiction may deploy for WA <br />State Mission 21-2454 (EMAC Mission 2114-RR-10543), Oregon, OR 2021 Fires No. 2, and corresponding total <br />maximum resource cost amounts (based on estimates) that may be reimbursed under this Agreement. In <br />completing this form, all estimates for fire resources (personnel and equipment of a Fire District or Fire <br />Department) will be calculated based upon the State Fire Chiefs Rate Schedule in effect at that time. Portal-to- <br />Portal reimbursement will not be authorized.
