C. Specific Requirements for Catherine Konteh <br /> 1. Provide leadership and planning for The Preschool at Forest Park <br /> a) This Professional Services Agreement is effective when the provider receives <br /> a written "Notice To Proceed" with a specific date from the provider's Point of <br /> Contact. <br /> b) Develop curriculum and coordinate all preschool activities and programming <br /> with the Point of Contact. <br /> c) Supervise preschool assistant teachers. <br /> d) Assist with promotion of classes by distributing flyers. <br /> e) Schedule field trips and special days. <br /> f) Monitor and evaluate students' progress. <br /> g) Interact with parents on a daily basis regarding students' progress <br /> h) Monitors students and activity for safety. <br /> i) Maintain attendance records. <br /> j) Maintain and submit course evaluations. <br /> k) Renew Annual City of Everett Business License for 2022, no later than <br /> January 31, 2022 <br /> 2. Plus additional classes/programs as agreed upon by Program Supervisor and <br /> Service Provider. <br /> 4.
