i 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3839 2 AN ORDINANCE amending and revising the election precincts in the City of Everett and creating one new election precinct 3 and amending Sections 1.62 .070, 1.62 .290, 1 .62 .300, 1.62 .610, 1 .62 .660, 1.62 .710, 1 .62 .720, and adding thereto to Chapter 4 1 .62, a new section to be known as 1.62 .800, all being a part of Ordinance No. 3733. 5 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 6 Section 1: That Section 1 .62 .070, City Code of the City 7 of Everett is hereby amended to read as follows: 8 "1.62 .070 Precinct No. 6. Precinct No. 6 is bounded on the north by 41st Street; on the east by the east 9 line of Section 31, Township 29N, Range 5 E.W.M. ; on the south by 44th Street and 44th Street produced 10 easterly to the east line of Section 31, Township 29 N, Range 5 E.W.M. ; and on the west by Grand Avenue . " 11 Section 2: That Section 1.62 .290, City Code of the City 12 of Everett is hereby amended to read as follows : 13 "1 .62 .290 Precinct No. 28. Precinct No. 28 is bounded on the north by 35th Street; on the east by Rockefeller 14 Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue produced southerly to the south line of Section 29, Township 29 N, Range 5 15 E.W.M. ; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 29 to the east line of Block 9, South Park 16 Addition; thence southerly along the east line of said Block 9 to 41st Street; thence west on 41st Street 17 to Colby Avenue; and on the west by Colby Avenue . " 18 Section 3: That Section 1 .62 .300, City Code of the City of Everett is hereby amended to read as follows : 19 "1 .62 .300 Precinct No. 29. Precinct No. 29 is bounded 20 on the north by 35th Street; on the east by Broadway; on the south by the south line of Section 29, Town- 21 ship 29 N, Range 5 E.W.M. ; and on the west by Rockefeller Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue produced southerly to 22 the south line of said Section 29. " 23 Section 4: That Section 1 .62 .610, City Code of the City of Everett is hereby amended to read as follows: 24 "1 .62 .610 Precinct No. 60. Precinct No. 60: Beginning 25 at the northwest corner of Section 32, Township 29N; Range 5 E.W.M. ; thence south along the west line of said 26 Section 32 to the northeast corner of Alta Vista Ad- dition; thence southeast on the east line of Alta Vista 27 Addition to the south line of Alta Vista Addition; thence west on the south line of Alta Vista Addition 28 to Colby Avenue; thence South on Colby Avenue to the center line on 56th Street in the Plat of Laurel 29 Heights; thence easterly along the center line of 56th Street to the west line of Pacific Northwest 30 Traction Company right-of-way; thence northeasterly across the Traction Company right-of-way to the south 31 line of Lowell View Tracts; thence east along the south line of Lowell View Tracts to the center of old 32 Broadway cut-off; thence north along the center line of
