Casino Rd. /Permit #130901-008 <br />Dear Mr. Foster, <br />Serving as the qualified building enclosure inspector throughout the project, I submit <br />this letter to you as certification that the building enclosures of the structures designated <br />as buildings 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E', and 'F' at the Greensview Apartmenit, address <br />1520 W. Casino Road, Everett, WA 98204, have been inspected during the course <br />of rehabilitative construction and that they have been reconstructed in substantial <br />compliance with the specifications and details provided in the project architect's <br />scope of repairs.
