We feel this request is reasonable. we will grant an <br />extension until July 1, 1989 for the second exit from the fourth floor under <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The present limited use as a storage area not be significantly <br />increased. <br />2. The present neat and tidy condition of storage be maintained. <br />3.
