Incentive payments are made by the end of the first quarter for the preceding <br /> calendar year, subsequent to the financial closeout and verification of the prior <br /> year's performance. <br /> f. The minimum threshold for gross operating profit to earn an incentive payment <br /> is 2.425 million ($2,425,000.00) in 2022 and rises twenty-five thousand <br /> ($25,000.00) in each subsequent calendar year. <br /> g. The percentage incentive payment to the Contractor increases based upon the <br /> gross operating profit range. For example, if in calendar year 2023,the gross <br /> operating profit is two million seven hundred thirty-five thousand dollars <br /> ($2,735,000.00),the incentive payment to the Contractor would be based on two <br /> hundred eighty-five thousand ($285,000)and would be forty-two thousand <br /> dollars ($42,000)based on the following; <br /> 20 <br />
