As set forth in the <br /> Agreement,the VOA is responsible for the upkeep, care, and service of the inventory below. <br /> Should an item become damaged or unserviceable,VOA will contact the Parks Director or <br /> designee to receive instructions on how to proceed. Additionally,the public art mural in the <br /> lower lobby may not ever bepainted over.
