SECTION 4 — PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />4.1 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Suppliers must provide a proposal which must demonstrate an understanding of the project requirements <br />as stated throughout this Request for Proposal. <br />Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted in the order specified below. Proposals must <br />include: <br />1. Supplier Commitment and Information (attached) <br />2. Price Proposal <br />3. Narrative responses to the questions asked. Suppliers should re -type the heading, question <br />identifier and question. Then answer the questions and provide in the same order requested below. <br />Suppliers may emphasize in their narrative any areas of their proposal that they believe exceed our <br />requirements. <br />4.
