Report on .Plumbing Work at 2010 Broadway, Everett, WA <br />©ate: March 4, 2020 <br />After a review of work needed at the site, the scope of work we will provide will include: <br />In mud room containing washer/dryer, supply lines and drains: <br />1)Replace hot water tank and existing plumbing supply lines to it with new % inch copper pipe c R eey- <br />2) Replace existing 11/2 inch galvanized drain line with 2 inch ABS drain line <br />3) install washer machine outlet box for supply linesandnew drain pipe <br />In Kitchen: <br />4) Under kitchen sink, replace existing "s" trap with correct "p" trap, and replace existing 1 %: inch <br />galvanized drain line with 2 inch ABS drain pipe. <br />5) Add air gap to dishwasher drain. Remove existing sprayer attachment on kitchen sink and install air <br />gap at that location. <br />6) Upgrade drain to dishwasher to code, <br />7) Install new kitchen faucet: <br />8) Add sewer drain clean out on south side of house. <br />Downstairs Bathroom <br />9) Add vent and p trap to bath sink <br />Upstairs bathroom <br />This work will include removing plumbing lines, drains, and fixtures serving the bathroom. <br />10) Cap off all supply lines and drains. <br />11) Sink, toilet and tub will be removed, <br />12) Below the house in the crawl space, cut off and cap hat water and cold water lines serving the <br />upstairs bath <br />C4. <br />
