Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />I ' 1. Please clarify the type of occupancy for the proposed space. Sheet G-004 <br />i indicates that it is a B Occupancy. Please clarify if this proposed use is an <br />ambulatory care:facility or an outpatient clinic as it appears that the rooms on <br />Sheet A-111 that are indicated as "MED WASTE" and "SOILED UTILITY" would <br />require a 1-hr fire -resistive assembly per IBC Table 509 as these would appear <br />to qualify as rooms with waste or linen collection functions. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br />to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br />I documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br />letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br />Ali codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 <br />International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code <br />(IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and/or the 2015 <br />Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington <br />j and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br />accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br />PERMIT SERVICES <br />(ICC/ANSI A117.1).
