Sheet G-004 indicates that it is a B <br />Occupancy. Please clarify if this proposed use is an ambulatory care facility or an outpatient clinic as <br />it appears that the rooms on Sheet A-111 that are indicated as "MED WASTE" and "SOILED UTILITY' <br />would require a 1-hr fire -resistive assembly per IBC Table 509 as these would appear to qualify as <br />rooms with waste or linen collection functions. <br />Response: The occupancy of the space is B Occupancy, outpatient clinic. Per the required <br />separations per IBC Table 509, partitions around the MED WASTE (123) and SOILED UTILITY (146) <br />have been updated to 1-hour fire partitions. The ceilings in these rooms have also been updated to <br />provide a continuous 1-hour fire resistive assembly. Beyond this requirement additional 1-hour fire <br />partitions/ceilings have been added at the storage rooms (117, 126, 127, 135).
