IF EXISTING <br />CONDITIONS DO NOT MATCH SIGN ATTACHMENT DETAILS SHOWN, <br />REQUEST APPROVAL FROM CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TO SUBMIT <br />RFI IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 01255.
