I am the <br />planner conducting the intake review for this application; please note the following comments are not a thorough plan <br />check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal checklist. Your permit application <br />cannot be routed for review and is on hold until the following revisions have been addressed: <br />1. The elevations provided with the proposed signage are unclear; something in the digital and/or printing process <br />is causing much of the elevations to be blocked out in white so it is unclear how the signage relates to existing <br />architectural elements, windows, doors, etc. Please revise. <br />2. No endview was provided for the "laundromat" sign proposed on the West Elevation; this sign may not extend <br />more than one foot from the fagade in accordance with the "wall sign" definition in EMC 19.04.120. <br />3. Please be advised, effective November 24, 2020 this property was rezoned to B: Business and new sign <br />regulations went into effect. Current sign code requirements are available online, <br />here: https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/26689/Ch-1936-Signs Amending-11-4-20?bidld= <br />The sign permit checklist and interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website & online resources" <br />link in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans.
