The proposed action is a request to build a two story, 24' x 24' (576 SF) detached garage <br />with a recreation room, up to 20 feet in height. The new structure would replace the old garage in the same <br />location. The subject property is a 6,000 square foot lot developed with a single family residence. The <br />proposed building materals will appear similar to the house, to include horizontal lap siding, comp roof, <br />stone veneer and have a roof pitch of 6:12. <br />Decision: The City of Everett Planning Director grants APPROVAL with CONDITIONS to construct an <br />accessory building up to the maximum height of 20 feet. <br />The following conditions shall apply: <br />1. Any change to the design, height, square footage and/or roof pitch of the proposed accessory <br />building requires Planning approval. <br />2.
