Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management Standards current at the time the public works/building permit application package is submitted to the City for review. This project is in the combined storm/sewer area. Currently, the Stormwater code for this area is the City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual along with Interim Policy 2-11. Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual contains the City's stormwater Standards. The project will be required to evaluate stormwater in accordance with the Minimum Requirements that this project triggers by following the Flow Charts for Determining Minimum Requirements. 9. Frontage/roadway/pedestrian/bicycle improvements shall be provided as needed. 10. Any broken or damaged sidewalk/ public right-of-way shall be repaired/ replaced in accordance with current City of Everett Standards and per the City Public Works Inspector. 11. Site access driveways shall comply with City of Everett standards (ADA). Driveway access to garage shall be paved. Driveway widths in excess of 35' shall require engineering analysis for justification to support a wider driveway. 12. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems are required to be submitted per current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual, prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 13.
