Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management Standards <br />current at the time the public works/building permit application package is submitted to the City for <br />review. <br />This project is in the combined storm/sewer area. Currently, the Stormwater code for this area is <br />the City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual along with Interim Policy 2-11. <br />Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development <br />manual contains the City's stormwater Standards. <br />The project will be required to evaluate stormwater in accordance with the Minimum <br />Requirements that this project triggers by following the Flow Charts for Determining Minimum <br />Requirements. <br />9. Frontage/roadway/pedestrian/bicycle improvements shall be provided as needed. <br />10. Any broken or damaged sidewalk/ public right-of-way shall be repaired/ replaced in accordance with <br />current City of Everett Standards and per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />11. Site access driveways shall comply with City of Everett standards (ADA). Driveway access to garage shall <br />be paved. Driveway widths in excess of 35' shall require engineering analysis for justification to support <br />a wider driveway. <br />12. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems are required to be submitted per current <br />City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual, prior to <br />final approval/close out of the permit. <br />13. In general, please call out all utilities and site features in accordance with the specific type and standard <br />drawing number listed in the City's current Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br />Development. https://everettwa.gov/1531/Design-Construction-Standards <br />14.
