The <br />main floor venting can terminate through <br />the roof as long as the termination is 4 feet <br />horizontally from the property lines. <br />2) You cannot penetrate the floor ceiling <br />assembly of the lower unit without using an <br />approved fire protection method. Inspector <br />left a tip sheet for damper and horizontal <br />shaft requirements. <br />3) Dryer and Stove exhaust cannot have a <br />fire damper installed (only bath exhaust). <br />4) Stove exhaust must be 6" min. duct, <br />solid ducting and no flex duct. <br />12/16/2019 10:40 AM Oluseyi Oluwole <br />Prefer morning inspection.
