All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications for Development'. <br />3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans, SWPPP, and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated <br />2/5/2020. Approved plans must remain on job -site at all times. <br />5. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally <br />request all required inspections. Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />6. City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to <br />be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. Work <br />shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br />7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />8. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City <br />prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />9. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the <br />City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />10.
