EVERETT <br />WASHI NGTON <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />Community, Planning, & Economic Development Department <br />Planning Division <br />PLANNING DIVISION REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO TCO/CO <br />Project: Compass Health —Supportive Housing Project <br />Site Address: 3301 Lombard Avenue, Everett, WA <br />Building Permit Number: B1907-014 and PW1907-020 <br />Planner: Teresa Weldon Contact: Steve Inglasbe at 425.257.7135 <br />Related Project File Numbers: PREAPPI7-033, REV1119-015, BLA19-003, TDM19-002 <br />A Planning Division inspection is required prior to granting a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or <br />Certificate of Occupancy. <br />CONTACT THE DIVISION AT LEAST A MONTH PRIOR TO REQUESTING TCO/CO. <br />The following verification/inspections are necessary: <br />1) Verify compliance with land use decision, filed under REVI119-015. <br />2) A final Supportive Housing Management Plan shall be submitted prior to TCO/CO to include <br />updated neighborhood contact personal and any other changes to the plan. Submit the <br />updated plan at the Permit Services counter under REVI119-015 with a copy of this document. <br />3) This project requires compliance with Transportation Demand Management Plan (TDM Plan). <br />Prior to TCO/CO, submit a revised final TDM plan, which must show the final as-builts of the <br />strategies and contact information of the plan. Must be submitted to the Planning Director and <br />Traffic Engineer to the Permit Services counter under project number TDM19-002 with a copy of <br />this document. <br />4) A Planning Division site inspection is required to verify landscaping installation. Schedule the <br />landscaping inspection with Steve Ingalsbe, or his designee, at least two weeks prior to wanting <br />TCO/CO. Call 425.257.8731, or by emailing planning@everettwa.gov. Include the project name, <br />permit number and address in the request. <br />5) A 2-year landscaping maintenance assurance device must be provided to the Planning Division <br />(i.e. bond, set aside letter) prior to TCO or CO. City of Everett Planning Division standard forms <br />are required and are available upon request from the project planner.
