STORMWATER SITE PLAN
COMPASS HEALTH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Roof Areas:
Full Dispersion: Is infeasible due to previous development.
Downspout Full Infiltration: Infeasible due to the large cuts into the Till soils.
Bioretention: See the text for bioretention above.
Downspout Dispersion: There is no area in which to disperse runoff.
NOVEMBER 7, 2019
PAGE 10
Perforated Stub -out Connections: The distance between the roof collector and the detention
pipe is short and again will be in the Till. It is expected that any flow through the
perforations will continue along the outside of the pipe and to the footing drains for the
detention pipe. This is not optimal.
Lawn and Landscaped Areas:
BMP T5.13 Post Construction Soil Quality and Depth will be implemented on disturbed and
landscaped areas.
BMP T5.13 POST CONSTRUCTION SOIL QUALITY AND DEPTH
Post Construction Soil Quality and Depth will be used on the site to recondition those areas
that have been compacted by construction traffic. Additional information is provided on the
landscape plans that are part of the construction permit submittal.
Conclusion:
Having reached the end of List #2, the project will comply with BMP T5.13.
P:\Work\Projects\2017\17-125 Environmental Works\CE\DOCS\Final SSP 17-125.doc
