Our
services were completed in general accordance with the proposal signed by you on May 18, 2018.
INTRODUCTION
The site is currently occupied by an existing single-family residence within the southwestern portion of the
property. The parcel is bordered to the northwest and south by existing residential development, and access
within the property is located on the southwest corner from the 51' Place SW cul-de-sac. The ground
surface within the proposed development area is relatively level to gently sloping; however, the top of a
steep ravine slope associated with Pigeon Creek No. 2 occupies the vicinity of the western property line
and extends into the adjacent, undeveloped property to the west. We understand that the proposed
development consists of constructing a new bedroom addition and deck to the existing residence,
approximately 400 square feet in area, within the level portion of the property. We have been requested by
you to provide a geotechnical evaluation of the proposed site development, and to evaluate the stability of
the steep slopes within the vicinity of the site to aid in permitting, although the site is not located within a
geologically critical area as determined by the City of Everett.
