Targeted Drainage Report — Twentieth Ave Substation <br />WO# 100026553 <br />3.0 UPSTREAM & DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS <br />3.1 OFF -SITE (UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM) ANALYSIS <br />There is no flow from upstream properties which affects the project site. <br />To the north is Seaway Transit Center which has its own drainage system, to the west down a slope is Seaway <br />Blvd, to the south and east is the District's Operations Center. None of these areas drain to Twentieth Avenue <br />Substation. <br />I conducted a visual inspection of the existing District Operations Center drainage in the area of Twentieth <br />Avenue substation 10/28/2019 and no problematic drainage problems were observed. <br />We do not anticipate the proposed project to cause any drainage problems. <br />Page 9 <br />
