We <br />recommend that this report be provided to prospective contractors for their <br />information.. However, our report, conclusions and interpretations should not <br />be construed as a warranty of the subsurface conditions. <br />The findings and recommendations are. based on results of the field explora- <br />tions and laboratory tests, combined with an interpolation of soil conditions <br />between exploration locations. Within the limitations of scope, schedule and <br />budget, the analyses, conclusions and recommendations presented in this report <br />were prepared in accordance with generally accepted professional geotechnical <br />engineering principles and practices in this area at the time this report was <br />prepared.
