Providing quality water, power and service at a competitive price that our cusloiners valtte. <br />City of Everett Hold Harmless Agreement <br />Date 11/27/2019 <br />Tony Lee <br />Building Official, <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Lee: <br />This letter is intended to formally request that Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 <br />be allowed to submit construction permit applications for our Twentieth Ave Substation <br />Expansion prior to approval by the Planning Department of the SEPA/Land Use Application <br />submitted on 10/11/2019. <br />We acknowledge to the City, that Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 <br />understands the risks associated with submitting the building permit application prior to <br />approval of the Land Use Application and further understands that submitting for a building <br />permit does not vest the project or imply that land use approvals will be given. <br />Finally, Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 agrees to hold the City of Everett <br />harmless for the loss of paid application fees, design fees, and other fees that may be <br />incurred if the SEPA/Land Use comments cause the project to be altogether denied, affects <br />the timeframe that creates a feasibility issue related to the project or requires additional <br />design modifications subsequent to submittal of the building permit. <br />Sincerely, <br />9 l 123 /-Zo r 9 <br />of Hold Harmless (to be signed by City) Date <br />
