Alex Byrd
From: Alex Byrd
Sent: Friday, September 6, 2019 2:08 PM
To: DRAFTNW@GMAIL.COM
Subject: 712 91st Place SE - permit C1907-007 - PLANNING CORRECTIONS
Attachments: 20190906120842869.pdf
Good Morning,
Thank you for submitting a building permit for an adult family home at 712 9111 Place SE, permit C1907-007. In order for
the Planning Department to approve the permit, the following shall be submitted:
1. The maximum driveway width within the front setback shall not exceed 30'per EMC 19.34.110 (currently 0.81
over). Please revise accordingly and confirm with the Public Works Department that the proposed driveway can
accommodate 4 parked cars.
2. Would the garage doors remain?
3. Please provide all existing and proposed setback dimensions on the site plan (see attached redlined site plan for
dimensions that need to be added). Please also call out the length of the eave overhangs. The eaves cannot
encroach more than 18" into the required setbacks.
4. Has the property been surveyed? If so, could you please provide a PDF copy. Because the proposed structure is
within a foot of the required setbacks, a survey is required prior to construction. This is to ensure that the
building is not constructed into the required setbacks.
Note: these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements
from other departments. Please call the Permit Services line at 425.257.8810 if you have additional permitting
questions.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the code sections and requirements referenced above.
Thank you,
_ Alexandria Byrd
Assistant Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
425.257.7281 13200 Cedar Street 2nd FI., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
