All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications for Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. Site Civil Work to be done per plans, SWPPP, and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated <br />03/16/2020. Approved plans must remain on job -site at all times. <br />5. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally <br />request all required inspections. A handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />6. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />7. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Schedule the existing <br />Planning Landscape inspection under "My Active Inspections" in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal. <br />8. This permit must be finaled in order to closeout this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final inspection online by <br />selecting PW 24-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests when all items have been completed for this permit. <br />9. The grease interceptor system will require repair under a seperate plumbing permit. The inlet lacks any plumbing (Tee and <br />turndown to within 1-2 ft of tank floor).
