The grease interceptor system will require repair under a seperate plumbing permit. The inlet lacks any plumbing (Tee and turndown to within 1-2 ft of tank floor). Repair/replace the inlet plumbing, confirm the condition of plumbing/fittings between the two compartments, and assess and repair any damage or deterioration to the concrete floor of the tank.
