I looked at this Jack in the Box's existing GI yesterday. The tank is in decent shape but it will
require some repair. The inlet lacks any plumbing (Tee and turndown to within 1-2 ft of tank
floor). I felt something that seems like debris (possibly the inlet plumbing that came off), and
there also seems to be a hole or depression in the tank floor near the inlet. So we will require
them to repair/replace the inlet plumbing, confirm the condition of plumbing/fittings between
the two compartments, and assess and repair any damage or deterioration to the concrete floor
of the tank. This will of course require dewatering the tank for inspection and needed repairs. I
do have a pic of the inlet though of course cannot see the bottom of the tank while full.
NoteJ .
0 3200 Cedar Street
®
425.257.8810
O
everetteps@everettwa.gov
Everett, WA 98201
425.257.8857 fax
everettwa.gov/permits
age 2 of 2
