1.0 PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />Purpose and Scope <br />This Stormwater Site Plan accompanies the public works permit application to construct <br />the site development improvements associated with a new Chase Bank building and <br />remodeled Jack In The Box Restaurant. <br />The 2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMM) established <br />the methodology and design criteria used for this project. The total new plus replaced <br />hard surfaces totals more than 5,000 square feet of new hard surface but the value of the <br />value of the proposed improvements — including interior improvements — does not exceed <br />50% of the assessed value. Therefore, only minimum requirements #1 - #5 will be <br />addressed as part of this project. For a more detailed discussion regarding the assessed <br />value of the proposed improvements see section 5.0. <br />The proposed project will construct a new 2,679 square feet Chase Bank to the east of <br />the existing convenience store and Jack In The Box. The existing convenience store will <br />be demolished under a separate permit, but the Jack In The Box will be remodeled. <br />Project Description <br />The site is located adjacent to 132nd Street SE, near the southern border of the City of <br />Everett, in a portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br />East, W.M. The site address is 1515 132nd Street SE, City of Everett, WA 98208. The site <br />includes a single tax parcel: 28053000406500. See Appendix `A' for Vicinity Map of the <br />project area. <br />The proposed project includes demolishing an existing gas station and carwash, building <br />a new bank, and remodeling an existing restaurant and associated driveway and parking <br />areas. Table 1 below shows the existing and proposed impervious and pervious areas for <br />this project. <br />Table 1.
