GEOTECHNICAL REPORT <br />PROPOSED BANK <br />1515 1321"D STREET SOUTHEAST, EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />1.0 GENERAL <br />As requested, PanGEO is pleased to present this geotechnical report for the proposed bank <br />building in Everett Washington. This study was performed in general accordance with our <br />mutually agreed scope of services outlined in our proposal dated December 24, 2018. Our <br />scope of services included reviewing readily available geologic and geotechnical data, <br />drilling three borings, conducting a site reconnaissance, and preparing this report. <br />2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The subject site is located at 1515 132nd Street Southeast in Everett, Washington, <br />approximately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. <br />The site comprises a total area of 0.7 acres. The layout of the site is shown on Figure 2, <br />Site and Exploration Plan and Plate 1, below. The approximately rectangular -shaped <br />property is bordered to the north by a one-story retail building, to the east by 16th Avenue <br />Southeast, to the west by truck repair facility and to the south by 132nd Street Southeast. <br />On the east side of 161h Avenue Southeast is a stormwater retention pond for a nearby retail <br />development.
