1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />This Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) accompanies the <br />public works permit application to construct the site development improvements <br />associated with a new Chase Bank building and remodeled Jack In The Box <br />Restaurant. This document provides the site information and the analysis used in <br />preventing stormwater pollution during construction. <br />The 2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMM) <br />established the methodology and design criteria used for this project. <br />The proposed project will construct a new 2,679 square foot Chase Bank to the east <br />of the existing convenience store and Jack In The Box. The existing convenience <br />store will be demolished under a separate permit, but the Jack In The Box will be <br />remodeled. <br />Project Location <br />The site is located off of 132"d Street SE, at the southern border of the City of <br />Everett, in a portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 North, <br />Range 5 East, W.M. The site address is 1515 132"d Street SE, City of Everett, WA <br />98208. The site includes a single tax parcel: 28053000406500.
