The <br />draft was subsequently shared with partners at the Tulalip Tribes to seek input, <br />ensure agreement and support. The Tribes re -shared the history that the City of <br />Everett lies on the historic land of the Snohomish (sduhub) and their successors <br />the Tulalip Tribes, they lived on these lands and others since time immortal. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt Resolution proclaiming the second Monday of October as Indigenous <br />People's Day. <br />
