Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. Conversion of portions of the single-family residence to an Adult Family <br /> Home requires completion of Sections 1,2,3, and 4 of DSHS's Building <br /> Inspection Checklist (pages 6-12)of the City of Everett Adult Family Home <br /> Checklist. Please have the owner complete these portions to submit with the <br /> Adult Family Home conversion. Please note that Section 3 requires 8.5"x 11" <br /> floor plans with bedrooms clearly labeled. <br /> 2. Sleeping rooms intending to be part of the Adult Family Home use are <br /> required to be denoted with a sleeping room type. Please designate the <br /> sleeping room types on the plans. IRC R325.3. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested.
