This is regarding the application we will be filling out for an elevator permit <br /> for the Vertical Platform Lift. (There is not a rush on this but didn't want to <br /> forget this form). Washington L & I requires the form "Conveyance <br /> Installation Approval by Building Official" to be approved and signed by <br /> your Building Official when an installation will be in an existing building. <br /> The new location for the Yacht Club will be renovated. However, I don't <br /> know if it will be considered a New Building or Existing Building. I have <br /> attached 2 pdfs as follows: <br /> 1. Building Official form for Everett Yacht Club <br /> 2. Building Official information for the City of Everett <br /> Please contact your Building Official, Tony Lee, and send him the Building <br /> Official form, if building is considered "exiting". He needs to approve, sign <br /> the form, and return to you. It is my understanding that the official is <br /> approving the installation of this conveyance for your building... taking into <br /> consideration fire codes and ADA accessibility.
