I
can't attach all the pictures because there's to many but they are all attached to trakit. The owner is renovating one of
the units on the property due to a long time tenant moving out. He is redoing the floors, painting, and replacing an
existing toilet. He isn't adding any new plumbing or electrical. He had taken all the fire alarms down to paint so there
were no fire alarms up but the owner said he would put them back up today. The owner showed us the shared laundry
room and it too had no fire alarm or fire extinguisher. There was an obvious place where they both used to be but
neither were present. The hot water heater in the corner of the room was not strapped to the wall. Also there was no
fan in the laundry room but there was a large openable window. Let me know what you think, thanks!
1
