O. Old down logs, cull logs and stumps shall be left undisturbed whenever possible. <br /> SECTION C: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> C-40 Road Plan <br /> Road construction, bridge purchase and install and associated work provisions of the Road <br /> Plan for this sale, dated July 20th, 2021, are hereby made part of this Contract. Purchaser <br /> shall complete all work in the Road Plan. Required installation of Chaplain Creek Bridge <br /> shall be completed by September 30th, 2022. <br /> C-50 Purchaser Road Maintenance and Repair <br /> Purchaser shall perform work on the gravel portions of C-1000, C-1300,C-1320,C-1330,D- <br /> 1000, D-1100, D-1200, D-1300, D-1320, D-1360, D-1370, D-1400, D-1410, D-1460, D- <br /> 1600, E-1000, E-1300, HB-ML, LL-ML, S-1000, T-1240, T-1000, T-1200 or TL-ML roads <br /> to prevent damage to subgrade, to maintain proper drainage and to keep the road surface <br /> smooth and crowned. All gravel roads used shall meet the original construction or <br /> reconstruction specifications at Contract termination.All other gravel roads used shall be left <br /> in the condition that exists at the time the plan of operations is completed. <br /> C-80 Landing Locations and Clean-up <br /> Landings shall be located and marked by the Purchaser and approved by the Contract <br /> Administrator prior to construction.Upon completion of use, landing debris shall be piled as <br /> designated by the Contract Administrator and a four (4) foot wide fire trail shall be <br /> constructed around each landing. <br /> SECTION S: SITE PREPARATION AND PROTECTION <br /> S-1 Emergency Response Plan <br /> An Emergency Response Plan (ERP) shall be provided to the Contract Administrator <br /> containing but not limited to, valid contact numbers and procedures for medical <br /> emergencies, fire, hazardous spills, forest practice violations and any unauthorized or <br /> unlawful activity on or in the vicinity of the sale area. The Contract Administrator and <br /> the City shall be promptly notified whenever an incident occurs requiring an <br /> emergency response. <br /> The ERP must be presented for inspection at the prework meeting and kept readily <br /> available to all personnel, including subcontractors, on site during active operations <br /> Page 24 of 34 <br /> 4/15/21 Agreement No.2021-01 <br />
