A copy of the Violation Citation is attached and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. Due to the conditions described more fully in the violation citation the <br /> entire structure on the property referenced above is unfit for human habitation and <br /> contains unsafe equipment pursuant to Section 108.1.3,and 108.1.2 of the IPMC. <br /> Pursuant to Section 108 of the IPMC the City will condemn the entire structure on this <br /> property on February 12, 2018, if the conditions violating Section 108 of the IPMC, which are <br /> more fully set out in the violation citation, are not abated in their entirety. Lawfully abating the <br /> violations includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any necessary building permits, final <br /> inspections, and approval for occupancy from the Building Division. <br /> The basement level, including Units #3 and #5, must be vacated no later than March 12, <br /> 2018, and the entire structure, including Units#1, #2,and #4, must be vacated no <br /> later than April 9, 2018, if you have not complied with this Notice of Condemnation, including <br /> obtaining approval for occupancy from the Building Division. <br /> Any legal tenants affected by the condemnation must be re-located in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act, RCW 59.18.The structures must <br /> remain vacant until the above referenced violations have been abated and the structure has <br /> been approved for occupancy. <br /> You may request a hearing before the Violations Hearing Examiner by submitting a written <br /> request to the City Clerk's Office no later than 10 days after this Notice to Condemn was posted <br /> • Everett Police Department,Code Enforcement Unit•3002 Wetmore Ave•Everett,WA 98201 •425-257-8560 ( / 2 <br />
