Washington Flippers LLC to purchase above property zoned R-2 single family residence. <br /> 2. January 5, 2018—electrical permit requested to upgrade. Washington Flippers LLC is <br /> aware this is SFR and will be keeping only one meter on the property. <br /> 3. January 25, 2018—Inspector observed the above property had been converted to four <br /> apartments, as seen in our visit all kitchens have been removed other than main floor <br /> kitchen. Washington Flippers LLC will be returning those space to bedrooms, returning <br /> to 4 bedroom single family residence. <br /> 4. January 29, 2018—Don Cunningham conducted inspection. The four mailboxes will be <br /> removed by Washington Flippers LLC if still present and replacing with just one mailbox <br /> as well as confirming with USPS that there should be only one resident. At the rear entry <br /> the 'APT 4' labeling shall be removed as well as any other labeling of this sort indicating <br /> there are multiple living units. 1909 permit for connecting to city water—Washington <br /> Flippers LLC will confirm water is connected and supplying water to said property. 1953 <br /> permit for bathroom in basement—was still present and space will be brought up to <br /> code and to be inspected prior to inhabitance. 1961 entrance to basement permit—this <br /> entrance likely to stay. 1998 permit issued to change to gas water heater in single family <br /> residence—Washington Flippers LLC to have gas water heater inspected or replaced <br /> prior to inhabitance to provide hot water to the property. <br /> 5. February 9, 2018 Inspection by Officer Cunningham and Chief Inspector de Budden. <br /> a. Washington Flippers LLC agrees to return the 5 separate apartments to a 4 <br /> bedroom 3.5 bath home and to be re-inspected by City of Everett Planning <br /> Department. <br /> b. Washington Flippers LLC agrees to have proper fire resistive materials install into <br /> the home and brought to code for safety purposes and re-inspected by City of <br /> Everett Planning Department. <br /> c. Washington Flippers LLC agrees to either have proper code compliant headroom, <br /> bedroom escape and rescue openings as well as sufficient plumbing fixture <br /> \ 1� <br />
