,,„ <br /> • <br /> 12/10/19 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> Reference:2306 Rainier Ave Everett,WA.98201 <br /> We visited the site on 12/4/19 to conduct an evaluation of the HVAC distribution installation conducted at <br /> the above address.The new high efficiency gas furnace is installed in the basement.The furnace is 95%efficient gas <br /> furnace.The exhaust venting is ran through joist bay in basement and out north side of home.The condensate for the <br /> furnace is ran into a floor drain next to furnace. <br /> We conducted an inspection on the new duct system installed and have attached(3)attachments which <br /> explains the routing of the duct work along with description of materials used. The duct work was sealed with code <br /> required duct seal on joints and seams.All duct work was installed with rigid 28 ga.
