The submittal packet he provided was incomplete. I have attached the "correction letters"that <br /> were sent stating that there was not enough submitted to do a building review. <br /> Please provide a clear description of what work has been done (without permits-include pic's)and what you intend to <br /> remove and install to make this structure back to a usable garage. Keep in mind Building Code changes go into effect <br /> February 1st 2021-and the only way to have this project fall under the current codes is to provide a complete submittal- <br /> be sure to indicate permit number B2101-026 on your documents. <br /> Be sure to include 3 site plans showing where the garage is and the measurements to the property lines,you can do this <br /> by drawing with dimensions or an overview picture from sites such as Map Everett. <br /> If you are installing garage doors where they once were, include specification sheets of the new garage doors and how <br /> they will be installed. <br /> The permit application packet needs to be complete as outlined in the Residential Checklist.
