A nonconforming building certification was done in 2014 <br /> that certified a 3-foot south (side)setback and a 16-foot front setback, but your site plan <br /> calls out a 5-foot side setback and a 12'-7" front setback. Please see the attached <br /> nonconforming building certification and revise the site plan accordingly or explain how <br /> you determined the setbacks. <br /> Response: The site plan and the questioned front setback and south side <br /> setback has been revised to match the certified setbacks.
