• 4 / 0 ORDINANCE NO. 3828 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 660 for the improvement of: Railway Avenue and an easement through private property from the water main at the junction of Everett Avenue and East Grand Avenue, thence Southerly through private property to Railway Avenue, thence Easterly and Northerly along Railway Avenue, as platted, to a point approxi- materly 20 feet of its Northerly terminus, by the construction of a 12" cast iron water main, together with the necessary appurtenances, and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor; creating an enlarged district which shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district; creating a local improvement district fund; all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3796 of the City of Everett levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 660 for the improvement of: Railway Avenue and an easement through private property from the water main at the junction of Everett Avenue and East Grand Avenue, thence Sottherly through private property to Railway Avenue, thence Easterly and Northerly along Railway Avenue, as platted, to a point approxi- mately 20 feet of its Northerly terminus, by the construction of a 12" cast iron water main, together with necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. of the City of Everett, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3796 of the City of Everett, as the same now stand, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged agains the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. I', Section 3: That the 26th day of July , 1961, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement .
