ORDINANCE NC. 3822 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 658 for the improvement of: Maple Street from 19th Street to 23rd Street by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement 36 feet in width, by the' construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, by the construction or reconstruction of sidewalks where necessary; by the corB ruction or reconstruction, where necessary of all drainage facilities, sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer . The City of Everett will, at the cost of the City and not the improvement district, do all the necessary excavation and back-filling in order to prepare the street for the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters and for the asphaltic concrete pavement . All in acoordance with Resolution No . 6245 of the City of Everett levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NO , THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 658 for the improvement of: Maple Street from 19th Street to 2rd Street by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 feet in width; by the construction of. an extruded Portland cement concrete curb at those locations where necessary to control drainage waters; by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No . 6245 of the City of Everett, all in accordance with Ordinance No . 779 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby, in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the loth tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by the said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract, and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 19rhday of .Tut , 1961, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance ofythe bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement .
