ORDINANCE NO. J 1I <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 659 for the <br /> improvement of: <br /> McDougal Avenue from Wall St. to a point <br /> 215 ft. north of the existing water main <br /> on Wall St. <br /> by the installation of an 8" cast iron water main, together with <br /> the necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance <br /> No. 3795 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or <br /> other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance <br /> of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 659 for the improvement of: <br /> McDougal Avenue from Wall St. to a point <br /> 215 ft. north of the existing water main <br /> on Wall St. <br /> by the installation of an 8" cast iron water main, together with <br /> the necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance <br /> No. 3795 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and <br /> the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same. <br /> Section 3: That the /44 72A day of A 1:>F i_ <br /> 1961, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of <br /> first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been <br /> placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> Atte By <br /> AYOR <br /> CIT RK <br /> I <br /> - <br /> Passed: F �__, „z ( 6 / <br /> Published: N,4 c tJ / c, <br />
