Co-partnership groups, water districts, private water companies, towns and incorporated cities served from Sultan Lines No. 1, No. 2 and 3 shall be served through a master water meter ana shall be charged Two Dollars (62.00) for the first customer connected, and Une Dollar ( 1.00) for each additional customer connected, as a minimum monthly water meter rate, pro- viding that the total monthly minimum water meter rate shall not exceed Seventy-five Dollars ( 75.00) . WATER CUSTOMERS ON THE ALDERWOOD MANOR LINES. All water customers on the Alderwood Manor Lines shall be supplied through an individual meter, or through a master meter. For all customers, excepting the Alderwood Manor Water District, which is under separate contract, the Domestic ''Water Meter Rate schedule shall apply for total monthly consumption up to and including 10,000 cu. ft. All above 10,000 cu. ft. shall be charged at the rate of eight cents ( ; .08) per 100 cu. ft. Individual Water Meter customers shall be charged Two Dollars CA.00) as a minimum monthly water meter rate. All customers served by a Master Meter, excepting the Alderwood Manor Water District, shall be charged Two Dollars ( 2.00) for the first customer connected, and One Dollar ( 1.00) for each additional customer connected as a minimum monthly water meter rate, providing that the total monthly minimum water meter rate shall not exceed Seventy-five ( 775.00) per month. Connection charges shall be paid for by the party making application, and for the privilege of connecting to Lverett 's Water Main, the customer shall pay a sum equal to the entire cost of the service connection. Everett shall maintain the service connection. At the time an application for water is made at the office of Everett ' s Municipal hater System, by a party outside the City Limits, there shall be filed a olat showing the legal subdivision, and all water pipes and buildings thereon. No extension of water pipes shall be allowed until a new plat is filed and approved by the Superintendent of Everett ' s Municipal Water System. All customers without the City Limits of Everett shall provide sufficient water storage for their needs. The rules and regulations governing Everett ' s .`Municipal Water System shall apply to all customers without the City Limits of Everett, except where they may be inconsistent with these provisions. Section 53: Health Department. The Everett Board of Health shall have complete control of the treatment of the waters of the Municipal hater System. Section 54: Lien for Delinquent Water Charges. That the City of Everett elects to claim and does hereby claim a lien in the manner provided by Chap. 135, Laws of Washing- ton, 1933, as now amended or as the same may be hereafter amended, for all delinquent and unpaid charges for water against the premises to which the same has been furnished; provided, that the owner, or the owner of a delinquent mortgage on, of said premises ,may give written notice to the Superintendent or other head of such works or plants to cut off service to said premises, and from and after the giving of such notice and the payment or tender of the -17-
