I" a f V ORDINANCE NO. 3176 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 50, 51 and 52 of ORDINANCE NO. 3328 ENTITTRD: AN ORDINANCE relating to the municipal water supply system of the City of Everett, providing rules and regulations for the control of said system, regulating the use of water therefrom, providing for the sale of same, fixing the price thereof, and providing a method of collecting rates therefor, providing penalties for violations, and repealing Ordinance No. 2582 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. AND REPEALING SECTION 22 THEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3328 be, and it is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 50: Water charges based on monthly flat rate shall be as follows: 1. Dwelling Not more than 5 rooms $1.00 Six rooms 1.10 Seven rooms. 1.25 Eight rooms 1.30 Bath tubs or showers . .65 Closets . .30 2.
