'SIC a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3664 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 50 of Ordinance No. <br /> 3328 entitled: <br /> An Ordinance relating to the municipal water supply <br /> system of the City of Everett, providing rules and <br /> regulations for the control of said system, regula- <br /> ting the use of water therefrom, providing for the <br /> sale of same, fixing the price thereof, and providing <br /> a method of collecting rates therefor, providing <br /> penalties for violations, and repealing Ordinance <br /> No. 2582 and all other ordinances or parts of <br /> ordinances in conflict herewith. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3328 be, <br /> and it is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 50: Water Charges based on monthly flat rate <br /> shall be as follows : <br /> 1. Dwelling <br /> Not more than 5 rooms $ 1.00 <br /> Six rooms 1. 10 <br /> Seven rooms 1.25 <br /> Eight rooms 1.30 <br /> Bath tubs and showers . 65 <br /> Closets . 30 <br /> 2. Fire Hydrants <br /> Municipal 4" standpipes 2.50 <br /> 4 to 6 inch hydrants, each 2.50 <br /> 8 inch hydrants 3.75 <br /> 3. Turning off water at main <br /> On unpaved street 3.00 <br /> on Paved streets Cost <br /> 4. Connections, Installation Charge <br /> Three-fourths inch 50.00 <br /> One inch 60.00 <br /> Two inch 100.00 <br /> For sizes larger than two inch, the actual cost of labor <br /> and material used in installing such a service and re- <br /> placing any pavement shall be charged. <br /> No service larger than three-fourths ( 3/4" ) of an inch <br /> will be put in except where a meter is used.
