Af0 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described portion of alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: The alley between Lots 11 to 22, inclusive, in Block 754, Plat of Everett Land Company' s First Add. to Everett. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion of said alley above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of alley, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 12th day of January, 1961, at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition, and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of said alley were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted, and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said alley; NOW, THEREFORE, TIE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the portion of said alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: The alley between Lots 11 to 22, inclusive, in Block 754, Plat of Everett Land Company' s First Add. to Everett, be, and the same is hereby vacated, and the same is hereby vested in the abutting owners as provided by law.
