The City of Everett will remove the exist- ing road surfacing and do all necessary excavation and backfillin: in order to prepare the road for the asphaltic concrete pavement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. All in accordance with Resolution No. 6163 of the City of Everett, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3730 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. ...
