It does <br />look like the structure was built in 1942 and annexed into the City in 1962. There are also nuisances including <br />an accumulation of uncontained garbage. <br />I have reviewed Trakit and the attached documents and do not see any record indicating the garage was built <br />with permits. It looked like it may also have electrical connection - and/or the occupant is using extension <br />cords in place of approved wiring - again without any permit record. <br />I intend to issue a violation for the nuisances, for the Detached Garage being unfit for human occupancy, in <br />violation of the zoning code for containing a sleeping room, and for unpermitted connection to power and/or <br />improper use of flexible cords in place of approved wiring. <br />%z <br />
