Only open a W — if it will be helpful. Our case is <br />CE20-0251. <br />I just wanted to let you know a VC has already been issued on this case —going to hearing in late July. The owner is <br />elderly and one of her son's Elga is living in the garage. Elga has an extensive criminal history and is living in the garage <br />currently because he struggles to find a place to live. <br />I spoke with his brother Dennis today — who says he and his siblings will be working together to abate issues at the <br />property.
