Only open a W — if it will be helpful. Our case is CE20-0251. I just wanted to let you know a VC has already been issued on this case —going to hearing in late July. The owner is elderly and one of her son's Elga is living in the garage. Elga has an extensive criminal history and is living in the garage currently because he struggles to find a place to live. I spoke with his brother Dennis today — who says he and his siblings will be working together to abate issues at the property. See my notes below — as they will likely seek to get an electrical permit to disconnect the garage to make at least the electrical issues lawful. Thanks!
